Final Cut Pro has won the hearts of video professionals because it has the most intuitive interface of any software, easily letting users edit and create a variety of projects such as editing videos, shooting and editing HD content, and animating web content.

While it doesn’t have as much editing power as some of the other programs in the field, it is a perfect companion to or replacement for almost any video production tool in its ease of use, whether you’re new to video or are accustomed to the most powerful editing tools.

## Other Programs
While the previous two sections outline the most commonly used programs, there are many more out there, and even in some cases the specific name of a program could be a misnomer that only applies to that version.
However, here are some of the most important ones.
* **Apple Motion:** Motion is a promising program from Apple that is currently in beta testing. Motion allows users to create motion graphics, or simple animated images, and even animate a still image (like a video created with iMovie) to create a video in just a few steps.
You can use it to create animations, motion graphics, and storyboard your movie. A free option provides 2,000 frames per second, and if you want more, you have to pay.
Motion is limited, so it is best to use it for editing and creating simple animated images.
* **Adobe After Effects:** Adobe After Effects is an industry standard program that has many different features. The key to After Effects is its ability to be used for almost any type of creative application.
It is one of the most powerful and flexible animation programs out there, with features that will enable you to create anything from simple animations to web graphics to wedding video or indie film.

Adobe Photoshop contains a lot of options for modifying text. You can use the Text tool, the Brush tool, the Selection tool, the Eraser tool, the Snapping tool, and many more.
In this tutorial, you’ll create a text effect using the Text tool in Photoshop, and then composite the text using the Brush tool.
How To Paint Text With Brushes In Photoshop
Step 1
Close the Photoshop window. In the foreground of the document you can see the text you’ve just created with the Text tool.
Step 2
Create a new layer above the text by pressing D. The new layer is called “Layer -2” by default. You can rename the layer with the Edit Layer option at the top right of the Layers panel.
Step 3
Select the Brush tool from the tool box, and go to the Brush panel.
Step 4
Choose the Paintbrush as your brush and click OK to apply the Brush to your document.
Step 5
Activate the Brush panel’s preview option (click the icon in the lower left corner of the panel). You’ll see a large area in the upper-right corner of the document. Click anywhere inside this area and drag to create a brush.
Step 6
Click on the word below the rectangle to bring up the Toolbox panel. You can use one of the Brushes, or the Eraser, Pick, Pen, and Paper Brushes that come pre-installed with Photoshop.
Step 7
Click on the Brush tool in the Toolbox. This will bring up the panel with the Brush settings. Click OK to apply the default settings to your brush.
Step 8
Use the Brush tool to paint on the layer you created by pressing D. You can move, delete or resize the brush as you like.
Step 9
Choose the Eraser tool from the Toolbox, and bring it to a higher layer above “Layer -2” (at the place where the text should be). Click the word below the layer to activate the Toolbox.
Step 10
Choose the Eraser tool and click the Eraser icon in the Toolbox to bring up the Eraser settings. Set its size and spacing to as desired
